This app documents your build. What you put in belongs to you — and can be exported at any time, subscription or not.
Who processes the data
Lumos Strategies OÜ, Telliskivi tn 57, Tallinn 10412, Estonia. Contact: contact@veridom.space.
What we store
Account: email address and an encrypted password.
Content you enter: photos, documents, notes, dates, amounts, contractor names, free text about the build location (municipality, region, plot number).
Subscription state: plan, period end, purchase history from Apple or Google.
No advertising identifiers, no behavioural analytics.
Photos and capture dates
A photo is evidence. We keep the file and its capture date, because the date is what makes it evidence. EXIF location is neither used nor displayed.
Where it lives
Data and files are stored in Lovable Cloud, EU region, with database-level isolation: only your account can read your rows.
The «Decisions» assistant
When you deliberately send a photo and a description to the assistant, that content is passed to the AI model provider to produce an answer. This only happens on your action, never in the background.
Collaborators and share links
When you invite someone to the project we store only the email address you typed, the role, and the invitation and acceptance dates. Nothing else about that person is collected.
Before accepting, the invited person sees who invited them and exactly what they will get access to. They can leave the project themselves at any time, which deletes their access record.
A public share link is accessible to anyone holding it until you revoke it or it expires. About visitors to such a link we store nothing beyond a single «last opened» timestamp: no IP addresses, no device fingerprints.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability. Full export is built into the app and always available. Deleting your account deletes photos and documents too — export first.
Requests: contact@veridom.space (responsible person: Khrystyna Didukh).
Retention
As long as your account exists. After deletion, up to 30 days in backups, then permanently gone.
