Veridom is a documentation and reminder tool for a private owner-builder. It does not replace an architect, a structural engineer, site supervision, a lawyer or an authority.
What it is not
Not legal, engineering or tax advice. Durations, prices, retention percentages and warranty periods shown in the app are guide figures to check against your own contract and local rules.
Decisions on site are yours. The app carries no liability for their consequences.
Your account
One account, one owner-builder. Keeping your email and password safe is your responsibility.
Your content
Photos, documents and notes remain yours. They are not used to train models and not shared, except for the case described in the privacy policy (the «Decisions» assistant).
Subscription
Some features may be paid. Exporting your material never is. If a subscription lapses, the app becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, but not add new records.
