01 · Subgrade
The point of no return
Compacted base. The ±0.00 level is set here, and everything else is counted from it.
Veridom shows what has to be checked before the work is closed up — while it can still be fixed, not when the only thing left is to break it open.
Free for private owners at the dream and planning stage.
1 · The point of no return
01 · Subgrade
Compacted base. The ±0.00 level is set here, and everything else is counted from it.
02 · Insulation
The layer under the screed. Once it is laid you can no longer check the thickness — only now.
What to photograph
The board's marking in frame, a tape at the cut edge.
03 · Reinforcement
The last moment it is visible. Mesh spacing, cover, laps — all of it is here.
Point of no return — what to photograph
The mesh overall, the spacing from chair to chair, the lapped joints.
04 · Concrete
Poured. Everything below no longer exists for inspection — only your photographs remain.
05 · Screed
Levelling under the finish floor. The second closed layer within a week.
06 · Tile
Finished floor, +0.42 above the base. The detail is closed for good — and that is only the first forty-two centimetres of the house.
07 · Walls
Blockwork, openings, the internal wall. While there is no plaster the geometry is visible and can still be corrected.
What to photograph
Each wall end to end with a tape from the corner, openings with their dimensions, the block's marking in frame.
08 · Services in the walls
Pipes, cable, conduit, the runs to the wet rooms. After plastering the wall is solid: to find a pipe you will have to look for it with a hammer drill.
Point of no return — what to photograph
Each wall before plastering, end to end, with a tape from the corner and from the floor. Separately: the connection points, and the bathroom waterproofing before the tiles.
09 · Floor slab and ring beam
The ring beam on the walls and the slab above. The beam's reinforcement is visible exactly until the mixer arrives.
What to photograph
The ring beam reinforcement all the way round, the bearing of the slabs, the anchors.
10 · Rafters and roof insulation
The rafter structure, the vapour barrier, the insulation. Once the loft is lined you will only see this again by taking the ceiling apart.
Point of no return — what to photograph
The rafter bearing points, continuity of the vapour barrier, the laps in the membrane, the insulation depth at the cut edge.
11 · Roof covering
The house is closed, +6.40 above ±0.00. Everything inside the assemblies now exists only in your photographs.
2 · The problem
Every build has moments after which nothing can be redone. Reinforcement is poured over with concrete. Waterproofing is covered with tile. Risers disappear into the wall. Whatever is left in there becomes invisible — and unprovable. The owner learns of the mistake a year later, when the neighbour below turns up with a wet ceiling. The bank learns of it when the borrower stops paying because the renovation broke the budget. The developer learns of it when the residents' association sues over the building's ruined services.
3 · The solution
Veridom ties every check to the moment of no return. Not «have the quality inspected», but: photograph this, demand this in writing — before the concrete truck arrives. More than a hundred checkpoints across every stage, from the plot to moving in, plus a separate road for renovating an existing house — from assessment to acceptance.

4 · Capabilities
With акти освідчення (hidden-works inspection certificates) as Ukrainian practice requires them, and dated photographic evidence.
Payment applications, retention, and reconciliation of quantities in three directions: the offer, the measurement, the invoice.
A check of the key clauses before signing: fixed or dynamic price, warranty periods, penalties.
Anything saved from any app is broken down into decisions and turned into a brief for the architect.

The «major repair or reconstruction» classifier, the procedure through ЄДЕССБ (the unified state electronic construction system), a register of unknowns and a reserve for what opening up reveals.
The app never asserts the value of a rule: it names the document, the revision, the authority, gives the link and the date it was checked.
5 · Partners
We don't sell the app one user at a time. We give it to the people who already have them.
Every buyer of a shell-and-core apartment starts a fit-out. Two things follow, and both land on the developer. The buyer is left alone with a crew and blames every problem on the building rather than on the crew. And unauthorised interventions — into risers, waterproofing, wet rooms — wreck the building's services and come back through the residents' association and the courts. Veridom is handed to the buyer along with the keys, under your brand. It is a tangible service that doesn't cost a discount per square metre.
A pilot on one phase.
Renovation and reconstruction lending is the least supervised segment: the bank does not know whether the money went where it was lent for until servicing problems begin. On new-build mortgages the borrower buys a shell apartment and moves straight into a fit-out that was never in their arithmetic. A project that overruns its budget is an arrears risk, not merely an inconvenience for the client. Veridom gives the borrower structure and dated stage documentation — and fewer projects that stall.
Placement inside the lending process. A licence per borrower.
A person receives funds for reconstruction and has to evidence the works on paper, never having done it before. Contractors take advantage of the fact that the client does not know what has to be recorded. Veridom lists what must be documented before the work is closed up, and provides a ready set of dated photographs at the moment of reporting.
A transparency tool for programmes and donors.
Evidence requirements change — the app names the document and the date it was checked, rather than asserting the rule.
The costliest domestic losses are water damage to the neighbours and failed bathroom waterproofing: precisely what is checked before it is sealed and almost never is. A renovation is also the moment a person first thinks about insuring the apartment and their liability towards the neighbours.
Voluntary property insurance in Ukraine is a slow-growing market; the effect on loss ratios is measured in years. That is why this direction is our third, not our first.
Security and integration
Client data is stored encrypted and transmitted only over secured channels. Every user sees only their own project: access is restricted at the database level, not merely in the interface. We do not sell data and use neither advertising identifiers nor behavioural analytics. A client can download everything of theirs as a single archive, or delete the account together with all photos and documents, at any time. The company is registered in the EU and works under the GDPR. Before a pilot we go through your security review and sign a data processing agreement.
We fit Veridom to your internal processes, not the other way round. Partner branding, sign-in through your system, handover of dated documentation into your lending, acceptance or reporting processes via API or webhooks. We do the technical part: your team receives a finished connection, not an implementation project. Any exchange of data happens only with the client's explicit consent and only to the extent they chose themselves.
6 · The principle
We don't sell partners the client's data. The partner gets a licence and visibility; the documentation stays with the client, and only they can pass it on. This is not caution but a condition of the product working: the moment people know their bank or insurer sees their photos, they stop photographing problems.
